Welcome to Retro21. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of retro21official.com and purchases made through the website. In these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Retro21. Please read them before placing an order.

1. Using Our Website

You may browse and use this website for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, or use its content in a way that infringes the rights of Retro21 or others.

2. Products, Images, and Sizing

We aim to describe our clothing and accessories accurately, including their materials, color, measurements, fit, and care instructions. Screen settings and lighting may affect how colors appear on your screen. Minor variations in measurements, texture, or finish may occur, but this does not limit your rights if an item is defective or materially different from its description.

Size charts and fit notes are provided as guidance; fit may vary from person to person. Please review the information on the product page or contact us before ordering if you need help choosing a size.

3. Prices and Availability

The price and currency applicable to your order are shown at checkout. Any shipping charges and taxes collected by us will also be shown before you submit your order. Product availability, prices, and promotions may change, but changes will not alter an order we have already accepted without your agreement.

If we discover a material pricing, inventory, or product-description error affecting your order, we will contact you with the available options. If we cannot fulfill the order as agreed, we will cancel the affected item and refund the amount paid for it.

4. Orders and Payment

Please provide accurate contact, billing, and shipping information. After you place an order, we will send an order acknowledgment to the email address you provide. We may contact you if we need to verify information or resolve a problem before shipment.

We may cancel an order where payment cannot be completed, an item is unavailable, or we have a reasonable basis to suspect fraud or unauthorized activity. If we cancel an item after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid for that item. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.

5. Shipping, Delivery, and Pre-Orders

Our Shipping & Delivery Policy explains processing times, estimated delivery times, tracking, address requirements, pre-orders, and delivery issues. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

If we cannot ship within the time stated when you ordered, we will notify you and provide the options required by applicable law, including the choice to agree to a delay or cancel the unshipped item for a refund.

For pre-order items, please review the estimated shipping date and any special conditions on the product page before ordering. Taxes and import charges are handled as described at checkout and in our Shipping & Delivery Policy; please contact us if a carrier requests an unexpected payment.

6. Returns and Refunds

Our Returns & Refunds Policy sets out eligibility, the return process, shipping responsibility, and refund timing. In general, a return request should be made within 14 calendar days of receipt. After we receive and inspect a return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 7 business days. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the funds. We do not charge a restocking fee.

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you want another size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order. Nothing in our return policy or these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Website Content and Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the photographs, text, graphics, logos, designs, and other content on this website belong to Retro21 or are used with permission. You may use the website for personal shopping and browsing, but you may not reproduce or commercially use its content without the rights holder’s permission.

8. Accounts and Communications

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for notifying us if you suspect unauthorized access. We may use the contact information you provide to send necessary messages about your order, payment, delivery, return, or customer-service request. Marketing messages are handled separately according to your choices and applicable law.

9. Privacy and Third-Party Services

Please see our Privacy Policy for information about personal data. Our store uses Shopify and may use service providers for payments, delivery, and other store functions. Links to independent third-party websites are provided for convenience; their own terms and policies apply when you use them.

10. Website Availability and Responsibility

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but occasional errors, maintenance, or interruptions may occur. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused solely by an interruption of website access or by a third-party service outside our reasonable control.

This section does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, or limit your statutory rights regarding products, refunds, or remedies.

We may update these Terms and will post the revised version on this page. Changes apply going forward; they do not change the terms of an order already placed unless you agree or applicable law requires otherwise.

These Terms are interpreted under the laws applicable to the transaction. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
